Feeling Rock and Roll?

Just back from the über-girlie breakfast launch of Bobbi Brown’s new Denim and Rose make-up collection, where Team Bobbi’s gamble in holding the event in the chi chi gardens at Residence really paid off. The sun burst through the clouds, there was plenty of make-up to play with, and pink roses and macaroons as far the eye could see.

The collection is one of Bobbi’s best – very young, very on-trend, yet in true Bobbi Brown-fashion, not one shade in the cute denim palette is too outlandish – really anyone from 15 to 75 could adapt them to suit their look. I’m particularly liking the grey undertones in the key indigo shade – a tricky one that they’ve really pulled off – bluebottle eye shadow in the wrong hands can make even the most gorgeous girl look like she’s done three rounds in the ring with Naomi.
