WATCH: Discover The Power Of Balance With Relationships Expert, Allison Keating

In partnership with Avonmore Balance Milk, IMAGE?is’seeking to help women to find?better?balance in all aspects of our hectic lives with a new series, Discover The Power Of Balance.

Watch for tips from psychologist, Allison Keating?on how we can make time for the important people in our lives.

From greater equilibrium?in our work lives and the tricky tightrope that is our financial juggle to striving for that oft-overlooked balance in our personal relationships, we want to develop strategies to bring back that longed-for sense of calm amid the clamor of career, relationships and financial matters.

IMAGE and Avonmore enlisted the help of five experts across a diverse set of disciplines (relationship psychologist, fitness guru, dietician, personal finance advisor and career strategist) to guide five IMAGE readers with practical advice and tips on how to regain some essential balance in their lives. By bringing a little harmony back into our packed schedules, we are then free to enjoy our lives to the fullest and to feel?invigorated by our commitments rather than enslaved to them.

We asked you, our readers, how you felt the about the balancing act of your day-to-day. Our survey was completed by over 1000 Irish women and shone a light on some of the biggest concerns for all of us navigating the at-times demanding contemporary?landscape.

With the vast majority of respondents working full time, it’s understandable that relationships can often suffer. More than three-quarters of those surveyed are in a relationship and over 40 percent felt they did not have a good work-life balance, which undoubtedly impacts on their time and energy for connecting with family and friends.

Join IMAGE reader and mum-of-three, Laura, as she explores ways of achieving balance in her relationships while also carving out some time for herself, with psychologist, Allison Keating of the Bwell clinic.

?Our brains are hardwired to have harmonious relationships, we want the children to be getting on well. We want to be doing well in our personal and career life. You want to be a good wife,? says Allison.

?We try to perfect, perform and be perfectionist. It’d be lovely to step back and say ?this is too much?.?

?If we aim for balance and make genuine strides towards that, then that will make a difference.?

New Avonmore Balance Milk with extra protein and added iron, is specifically designed to put back in what life takes out.
