We’re big fans here of the ‘One LBD (or tee and jeans ensemble), Five Necklace Rule’.? In other words, we believe in accessories big time. They can elevate and transform an otherwise tired or dull outfit with a click of a clasp.? So, right now our favourite destination for unique pieces that won’t break the bank (or your neck with too big a statement) is Vivien Walsh.? People may remember her and her incredible eye from her Dawson or Drury Street days?

These days she’s in a Monkstown atelier, making her own jewellery rather than curating collections- her current range features pave crystal baubles in tempting tangerine, candy pinks cut down to size with antique bronze leaves, red coral combined with verdigris filigree and turquoise blues and greens set off with pale amethyst rhinestones. If you are drawn to Isabel Marant’s wares, these will be right up your street. Or in our case, right down the street.

Vivien Walsh, 93 Monkstown Road, Co Dublin?
