?Boyfriend jeans. They are comfortable, yet can be oh-so-fashionable. It depends on how you wear them. I pair with converse and an All Saints light baggy t-shirt if I am running around for work, and then pop some killer heels on with them if I am meeting friends for dinner.?

We’ve seen her dressed glamorously for the red carpet, but for Amanda, true confidence comes from within. ?You could be wearing the most kick ass outfit and still feel rubbish. That said, wearing clothing that shows off your body no matter what size, should urge women to strut their stuff! For me, I am most comfortable in luxurious gym wear, after that, a dress which cinches at the waist and a pair of great heels. Her top tip? ” I never wear tights, so keeping my legs moisturised year round is a must.?

She’s in incredible shape, just look at her active YouTube channel where she posts health, fitness & nutrition vlogs. ?I have talked a lot about my journey to health and body confidence, and I know so many women are still on that journey.? When it comes to what she wears to work out, she says, ?I love a good legging and tight tank.?
