Watch: Adorable Baby Sees Parents Through New Glasses

For those of you feeling particularly fragile this morning, a little worse for wear on account of your drizzly commute or a wild weekend, this video will either cheer you right up or compound your Monday morning emotions entirely. Since being posted, this super sweet video has gone viral and the video has been viewed over 12 million times.

Little Piper is in a restaurant with her parents when they put her new glasses on; when she inevitably views her parents with clarity she’s not yet experienced, her reaction is painfully adorable.

She went to the pediatrician and they did a little machine that said she had a little astigmatism higher than normal. So they said when I can to get her checked out. She hasn’t crawled yet, and I thought maybe there was something wrong with her eyesight so I took her. She doesn’t have an astigmatism. But she is +7.00 in one eye and +5.00 in the other. The doctor said that is more than likely why she hasn’t crawled.
