The journal is a month by month guide to achieving your intentions while helping you to visualise and add structure to your goals, challenge yourself to positively influence your life and declutter your mind to find wellness.
The reader will be brought through a series of stages over the next twelve months, from self-improvement and goal setting to a place where you can play an active part in controlling your life. At each step, you can see how Andrea’s own story progressed in extracts from her own journal.
