Terms and Conditions for Auto-Renewing Subscriptions or Memberships with IMAGE

Subscription Terms:

• • By subscribing to our auto-renewing subscription service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription Period:

• The subscription period begins upon successful completion of the initial purchase and continues for the duration specified at the time of purchase, which may be monthly (Digital Monthly subscription) or annually (Print & Digital subscription, Annual Digital subscription, Business Club membership).

Auto-Renewal:

• Unless explicitly cancelled by the subscriber/member, the subscription/membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, charging the provided payment method for the next subscription period at the current subscription rate.

Billing and Payment:

• You authorise IMAGE to charge the payment method provided during the initial purchase for the subscription/membership renewal fees. The subscription fees are non-refundable, and any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the subscriber/ member. 

Price Changes:

• We reserve the right to modify the subscription/membership pricing at any time. In such cases, we will provide notice to the subscriber/member in advance of any changes and offer the option to cancel the subscription before the renewal.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• To cancel your auto-renewing subscription/membership, you must provide a written request to businessclub@image.ie or subs@image.ie or use the designated cancellation method specified by our service when logged into image.ie. You will be notified of the renewal 6 weeks before your renewal date to the email provided by you. Cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. Subscription/membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

Account Management:

• It is the subscriber/member’s responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, including billing details and contact information. Any changes should be promptly updated on your account on image.ie to ensure uninterrupted service.

Service Modifications or Termination:

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription/membership service at any time without prior notice. In the event of service termination, subscribers/members will be notified in advance, and any prepaid fees for unused subscription/membership periods will be refunded, unless service termination is due to a violation of these terms and conditions.

Communication and Marketing:

• By subscribing to our service, you consent to receive communications from us related to your subscription/membership, including renewal reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By subscribing to our auto-renewing subscription/membership service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
