The Perfect Brow For Your Shape

The Perfect Brow For Your Shape

Our obsession with brows is set to skyrocket. Fine, accentuated or downright dramatic, they assert a personality and give structure to the face. LIZ DWYER has the tips and tools that will help you style?a statement that works for you.

Here she looks at three well known faces and what they do to create the perfect brow for your shape face.

LONG FACE

Liv Tyler

Draw full, long eyebrows, but follow the natural arch of the brow – don’t distort it or accentuate the highest point, otherwise, you’ll encroach on the roundness of the lower part of the face, and thus make it look even longer.

ROUND FACE

Kate Upton

Accentuate the arch of the eyebrow to reduce the width of the face and visually accentuate the length.?A wide gap between brows on the bridge of the nose will increase face width, so avoid overplucking here.

SQUARE FACE

Diane Kruger

Make the eyebrows as full as possible, and exaggerate the gap between them, bridging the nose ever so slightly to counteract the sharp, downward angle of the jaw, and bring the face’s focal points upwards.
