Your Guide To Multi-Masking

In the August issue, Andrea Kissane explains the skincare superheroes that are on your express route to fresh and flawless skin.

Multi-masking is next level skincare, giving you a completely customised skin solution. It can refer to mixing masks together, layering them one after another to deliver the best results, or using specific treatments at the same time on different areas of the face. is targeted method of multi-masking is great for combination skin or for calming breakouts, as it matches the mask to the particular needs of that area of skin.

For example, our T-zone tends to be oilier, so while a clay mask works well here, it may not provide the hydration needed for drier areas like the cheeks and forehead, and so a soothing mask can be applied to those areas. In addition, different temperatures of masks can be utilised to increase circulation, help to push ingredients into the skin, or to reduce the appearance of pores.
