Colours of the world! Every boy and every girl! People of the world!?
Last week, Victoria Beckham and Est?e Lauder announced on Instagram that they were to release another Victoria Beckham x?Est?e Lauder make-up range after the global success of the collection that sold out twice last year.
Here’s what we do know about what’s coming in the new collection, launching on September 1st. I’ll tell you what I want, what I really, really want.
Victoria Beckham’s’second collection will have 18 new products inspired by Beckham’s favourite cities around the world -?Paris, London, New York and L.A. and Miami.
There are 28 products for the face, lips and eyes – 10 favourites from the first collection,?18 newbies and 2 limited edition sets. Get ready for nude lipglosses, cream blush and eyeshadows, illuminating creams, highlighters, glossy balms, mascara, eyeshadow sets and more.
Eyeshadow Matte Duos
We know to expect gel-based eyeshadow sticks, cream shadows and mini eyeshadow palettes. There’s three eyeshadow duos in the new range and we love this navy cobalt shadow and warm orange-brown shade duo. “The rich blue is inspired by the shadow I wore when I got my OBE,” Victoria told Allure.
Skin Perfecting Powder
The Skin Perfecting Powder?is the product Victoria says she is most excited about, as it’s pore-blurring and non-cakey with a perfect finish. She told Vogue, “I wanted to create a powder that really did create perfectly clear skin. Something that closes the pores, something that reacts the way that it should when light hits it, something not too heavy. And this took a lot of development. I have been looking everywhere for the perfect powder and I am obsessed with this. It smooths out the entire face, and then once I finish putting my make-up on, I use it again to contour. It’s really light so I’ll apply it throughout the day.”
Eyeliners
There will be double-ended eyeliner pencils, mascara and this slick-looking liquid liner: Eye Ink Matte Eyeliner in Blackest.?”Whilst they do feel modern and fresh, there’s something quite old-school about these products that I really like,”Victoria told Vogue.?”This liner feels like old-school Hollywood glamour to me. It’s part of the Paris collection, which I think is so chic.”
Morning Aura Illuminating Creme
A bestseller of the last collection, Victora Beckham’s illuminating moisturiser/primer and radiance boosting Morning Aura Illuminating Creme?is back. She told?W?that it’s her go-to product from the range, and her secret weapon for fresh, glowing skin. Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, she explained how she wears it:?”If I’m at home and not wearing makeup I’ll mix it with tinted moisturiser and put it all over my face. If I’m wearing make-up I’ll put it on first and then apply more at the end – down my nose, in the corner of my eyes, under the brow. if I’m going out and I’m wearing a strapless dress I’ll take a bit and run it across my collarbone. You can use it everywhere, which is what I love about it.”
