Carol Vorderman Goes Crazy Blonde

Carol Vorderman Goes Crazy Blonde

Carol Vorderman is someone who’s always piqued our interest. She’s insanely smart of course, but she’s always been a bit cheeky too, and for that, we never got tired of watching Countdown. She’s also a best-seling author, a pilot, a Cambridge University engineer, with many more strings to her bow (one of which includes the ability to balance a pint of beer on her bottom, apparently).

This week, however, she’s in the news for the fact that she’s had a do-over, opting for the brightest, blondest of blondes. She shocked daytime TV fans when she started to go lighter a while back, but now she’s gone to Kim Kardashian levels of bleach blonde. Apparently, she’s gotten TONNES more job offers since updating her look which begs the question, do blonds really have more fun?

Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show, Vorderman said “I’ve had an interesting reaction, let me tell you Lorraine. Blondes do have a lot more offers of fun. They absolutely do.”

What do you make of her new transformation?
