Why Amy Chose Brian

Why Amy Chose Brian

Brian O'Driscoll

We know that Thursday means Friday is almost here, and our brains only want to be fed frivolity but this new video from Focus Ireland and Aviva will feed you some social justice lessons with a smile.

The charity is on a mission to highlight how education matters in preventing homelessness and has recruited Amy Huberman, Rob Kearney and An Taoiseach Enda Kenny as foot soldiers in getting this message across. Moone Boy‘s David Rawle interviews the actress, rugby player and politician about the knowledge they gleaned from their schooling – with hilarious results. Amy is very honest about marrying Brian O’Driscoll, Kenny wears his Gaeilgeoir badge proud, and while Kearney might not tell us how exactly he likes his eggs, he does talk eggs.

The clip ends with Focus Ireland promoting their programmes to help vulnerable children stay in school, which Aviva are supporting with a €100,000 donation.
